At AAD in 2019, the Mind the Gag campaign was relaunched with a workplace pledge.
Members, districts and guests at conference pledged to:
- Treat everyone in the workplace with dignity and respect
- Speak out if I see or hear inappropriate language or behaviour
- Appreciate other people’s opinions and views even if they vary from mine
- Recognise that strength comes from difference and the positive contribution that diversity brings to our workplaces
